Develop a prototype app

I have an existing app but the client wants to have an Push Notification w/ Icon Badge when new FEED arrive.

The client is constantly posting new jobs in their website and that page is linked to the app as UIWEB function now they want the app users to be alert when they post jobs on their website. So i was thinking of RSS Feed notification since the website is made in Joomla with RSS Feed plugin.

Basically what i need are:

1. Icon Badge

2. Push Notification
