AIM-Like Chat Software

Ok, I have just started the site www.AIMFind.com. It is not even close to be finished yet. Lot's of bugs and design isn't done yet. Anyway, what I will be needing is an AIM sort of instant messanger software where you can instant message people and go into some chat rooms and talk to a bunch of people created. Needs to have a nice handful of features. I will need help with like setting it up on a server or what server I could use. The chat software should be in relationship with AIMFind.com. I am almost done the buddy search, but now I will need the CHAT and IM (COMMUNICATION) software. *** Please be as descriptive as possible when bidded on this project. Be sure to include: 1. How long you think it will take to complete this project 2. List some features you will be able to implement into the software. (Name some cool features you could do) 3. How long you spend online a day (will need lots of easy communication with you as the coder) 4. List any other things you may think you need to add.
