The project is an online questionnaire assessing peoples perception of a module(s) and their degree. Its has two parts, one to answer a module questionnaire and degree questionnaire and two, an admin section i have managed to complete some of the project, ie the database and the actual module questionnaire. I cant do the admin side or get the right possible answers to show up on the degree questionnaire, you'll see when i send you the files.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Admin side (via a web page) 1 Add a module, add questions to it, add possible answers to that question(repeat process untill all questions you want adding are added) 2 add module questions to predefined module 3 assign possible answers to that modules questions 4 Delete module questions (and their associated possible answers) 5 view module results (individually and all) via a bar graph for each module and resulting answers 6 view degree results via bar graph (individual and all) 7 Add a degree question and associated possible answers 8 Delete a degree question and associated possible answers User side 1 When users do not select an answer an error message appears and tells them to return and answer all (drop down box) questions 2 Show semster 1 modules only when the date is dec or jan of the year but when it is may, june, show semester 2 module questionnaire then the degree questionnaire 3 The possible answers for the [url removed, login to view] should only show the answers from answers_degquestions not a whole list 4 The answers and question numbers need to go into the degree result and degree comments tables All will become clear when you see the work i have already done The script must be Vbscript, as what is already there is. The database i have created is MS Access 2000 and it must stay that way.
