ASP HELP

Hello- Looking for someone to assist me with ASP. The application is built with SQL, ASP and Visual Basic. I will not have you code anything, but for you to help me figure out how the code works. I have intermediate knowledge of ASP. This project will use both our brains :) I have some ASP experience. I just need help going over the codes and getting second opinion and figuring out the system. For this phase, I need to move the current ASP app in a test server. The app is a stand alone ASP so its easy ( it doesnt connect to another server ). This phase will probably be for 1 week. You and I can put our brains together and move to a test server. I will give you a copy of the code and we will both decide what is the bets path forward. We need to have an intimate knowledge of the previous programmers style of coding, and we need to make a copy of this and put in another test server. You must be friendly and patient :) Beacause I am friendly myself, and I need to work with someone who is friendly. You must have yahoo messenger. I will give you a software where you can see my desktop live so you can assist me. If this goes well, I can have more projects for you. I live in California, so please take the timing into consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
