ASP/MSSQL Utility

We need an application that will allow the user to access a map of the watershed with all of the Alert stations (Similar to the first link) where a person can click on a gauge and make a list of gauges will show up (Java Script) We have already started the template for the way we want it setup There will be the following options: 1. Select date range with the hour in 24hr format (will have popup calander option or direct entry) 2. Select the primary or secondary data source (we have two separate tables with the same data for backup purposes) 3. Then an option to select "All Together" OR Separated (This will mean if they want a separate file created for each station or if they want them all together in one database file then there will be a “next button?? ## Deliverables On the next page it needs to query the precipitation database and create a comma delaminated file (or files depending on what they selected in option #3 (We have an SQL statment that you can use) The file should be **zipped** and then downloadable there should be some sort of "automatic" method to delete the old Zip files after so many days. The process needs to be able to run very quickly. This last page should give the user the option to Edit/update any of the file before it is converted into a Zip file and downloaded in the above format. The Edit should be simple where the user can select a station from the original stations they selected and a table comes up where they can edit the Data in a spreadsheet format so they can enter several changes if neccesary. Then when they click the "Update" they are given the option to make the SAME changes to the Date and hours on one or more of the other stations. Must be done using MS SQL and ASP we are open to any suggestions. This is on a Windows 2000 server. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
