ASP.NET News feed user control

[][1]We need a simple user control that aggregates rss/news feeds from a bunch of (configurable) sources, and displays them in a <div> as part of a bigger HTML page - The news feed panel should have content scrolling upward like rentacoder itself has on its left panel where the most recent bids are displayed. The development language is C#. The user control (.ascx) needs to be created as a [ASP.NET][1] MVC Partial View, and needs to have its own controller. This partial view will be placed into a page which will have a lot of other stuff going on - unrelated to the news feeds. The following parameters will need to be configurable via a [login to view URL] file custom configuration section. (You will need to build the custom configuration section classes as well): - Number of news items displayed - Speed of scrolling - Urls to the feeds - Keywords to search for, when retrieving the news feeds You will also need to create a test page and a test [ASP.NET][1] MVC app, demonstrating the working user control with live news feeds.
