ASP.NET PERSONAL CODER

Hi. I have been coding an auction site with somebody else and the other person doesn't have so much time anymore so I need to replace him. I need a person with quite high ASP.NET skills. quite much of the ASP.NET is already done and you will have to do some more and in the future I would like to keep you in support etc. And we may open also more auction sites so actually I am trying to find a personal ASP.NET coder to different kinds of projects. I don't have very much money at the start so people from India etc. are in the first place. Of course the skills are the most important. The starting project is to make an email sender with me. I have a db with email addresses and I will do the actual page in Flex/Actionscript but I would need .aspx page where to send the content. And the script would then send the mails. Please place bid to this email sender first and tell me about yourself + portfolio. It's required that you must be often available in some IM program like MSN, Skype or Gtalk.
