ASP / MS-SQL / Graphic Design

I manage a website for a department in a university. The Website is [login to view URL] The site is ASP based with a Microsoft SQL 2000 Backend database. The site is all completely database driven. We need to make several adjustments and we need someone with graphic design skills to use the current layout and make changes to improve the site. For example, when you go to :[login to view URL] and select any of the links, the page that comes out is HORRIBLE. We need to integrate this site into a nice concept, but not making drastic changes, only IMPROVEMENTS. We also need to integrate with the current site / database, a reservation system for the Facilities. We are thinking about something like this: <[login to view URL]># This integration will require some communication until we find what is best way to do it. Perhaps you can write the script yourself in ASP, but we need to have this in place SOON. This complete registration process should be linked to the current database, therefore your bid should include the time you will use to study the site, code and database tables. Please submit websites that you have worked on in both graphic design and ASP programming. I have a few other jobs that can be awarded and are similar in nature through RAC. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
