**Development/Design specifications:**

- Must use ASP built to a DSN (initally in a .mdb for testing, then must create schema and DSN name for migration to Oracle once handed off to client)

- DSN/Database connection must be built in an include file for easy updating if needed

- Use of CDOSYS for e-mail functionality

- Use of Flash Charts to pass queried data to for graph creation (see above link for details) in reporting section

- CSV Creation of report defined in Textual Reporting area

- Login/Registration functionality needed

- Commented out code for possible constraint of display of login page to specifc http-refer URL.

**User Interface is 95% complete, will just need ASP added (see project overview for look-and-feel)**

Application flow is largely defined, open to suggestions for improvement if necessary

Database schema and test database must be done

Deadline for this project is December 12, 2005

Test Server can be provided and code will need to be FTPed there for testing OR you can provide an IP-based test server (no domain resolution for URL, please)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
