ASPPDF Report Creation

We need the following functionality as part of an Access-to-ASP app conversion. The app collects and reports on data related to equipment inspections; all the data for these inspections is stored in a single table. A simple demo of the ASP app is available at [[login to view URL]][1] (use CI as user name & password), and a copy of the Access database is attached. For the purposes of this bid, all of the following functions need to be available both by individual inspection record and by job number (there are potentially multiple inspection records per job number): * Ability to create pdf-format inspection reports using Persits ASPPDF. Reports need to match the format of the “Rpt_Inspection_Report?? Report in the attached database. * Ability to view, print and save (locally) pdf-format inspection reports. * Ability to email pdf-format inspection reports to customers from the web site. Need the necessary code to do this using CDONTS, CDOSYS, and Persits AspEmail, so that the component available to the end user can be selected at the time of deployment. Our preference is to do this with a Select Case statement, so we only have to change one variable once this information is available. Batch reports (i.e., reports by job number rather than individual inspection record) need to be created as a single pdf file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
