Access Request System

This is a request system for wireless network access for a fire department.? In short, a user goes to a web page, and enters demographic information to request the WPA key for the wireless network.? Their request is logged in an Access database along with IP address, etc.? An email is sent to the administrator with a URL where they can click to view the request and either approve or reject the request.? If the request is approved an email is sent back to the user with the information they require.? If it's rejected an email is sent back with the reason for rejection.
