Access Db & C# Help

I have C# installable software using access db. I am using this to store memebrs info & their photos. Photos I am storing in a photos folder & the name of the member photo name in member table. I need some help in following areas: 1) I need backup solution (Export & Import) for both database & patinet folder. I could able to take back up of access db. **I would like to encrypt db & patient folder in other format, every time when we close software. so that it can not be easily opened by other person. ** **Additions: For example: If access db name is, [login to view URL], While taking backup it should save according to the date ( acessdbYYMMDD) while closing the software. ** It is not possible to give you the software. I just need help in coding.
