The applicants must also have excellent knowledge and skills in all, or a number of the following softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and must be able to pick up and use other softwares upon our request. Our previous team member was working around 30 hours per week, but as mentioned this will fluctuate depending on our requirements. Tools: We will communicate with you via Recorded screencapture videos. These will be uploaded to your dropbox and then we will email you asking you to watch the video and complete our requirements. We also require you to record videos to demonstrate the live working solution for each assignment we provide to you. You can record videos using Snagit or Jing (google these softwares) Salary We are offering between $2-$4 Per hour --- higher pay for highly skilled professional and those who demonstrate their ability will be considered. All applicants MUST Have skype and be available on skype sometime between 7am to 11pm Brisbane, Australia time or as we negotiate, if we do need to talk verbally (rare) Nearly all tasks we will send you via email, and you will need to check your email 2 times a day morning and afternoon and when you receive a task you will need to commence immediately and deliver within the shortest timeframes possible. Each week we also ask you to submit you timesheet that we will provide you. This is the basis that we will pay for your services.
