Alter existing ASP image gallery

I have an existing Image Gallery coded in ASP using Access DB. [login to view URL] I need a few amendments/improvements made. Currently there was voting of images for members, I need this changed from voting to most viewed, that will be the classification of most popular images.. the number of views. I need a search facility added to the page. For the Admin area which is already there: There is a long list of members that appears on one page, I need this to go on to multiple pages and only list say a maximum of 25 members per page. Also the ability to delete all members who have not signed up using one function, at present I need to delete them individually if they dont complete the joinup process. There will be two artists that add images from admin area, the forms/function are there however I need it so that when viewing the images from the public area the Image should state who posted the image and a link to their profile page which needs to be created. Also need the ability to add a line of text through my admin area and for it to show in another page viewable by the two artists which will just state their balance due. So not major changes and should be easy for someone that knows their way around ASP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
