Application talking to eBay API - two ways

We need a small application to talk two-way to eBay API. Users will be able to list or retrieve their eBay listing directly from this application. Each of this communication direction is to be wrapped on separate DLL. Supporting multiple eBay user accounts as well. Customers will be able to select a product from current product lists within the Application which will provide product name, description, price and image. Using this data information the customer will be able to select the relevant eBay category to list the item in, listing start date, duration, start price, shipping information and costs, and choose a premade html template to wrap their auction description in - either designed by the customer or pre-styled within the database. The customer will be able to upload auctions in bulk after creating the auction within this application. Might have functionalities of <[login to view URL]> In addition, users should be able to download listings (completed, currently listing, etc) based on the filtering. It can also recognise which listings have been downloaded. You need to supply a sample application consuming these DLLs. It doesn't have to be fancy UI coz the application is just used to ensure that the DLL working as it's supposed to be. There needs to be an authentication web services (SOAP) being called to check the licensing which is stored on the DB. You need to setup this simple module as well. Before this code can interact with eBay API, it needs to authenticate license. Has to be Object Oriented, so just have to instantiate class and use methods within. No hard-coded configurations, configurable from appConfig. I'll send the full specs when you want to accept the project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Codes are written purely in .NET, preferrably .NET 2.0 Framework, otherwise .NET 1.1 Framework will do. Should be able to run under any Windows Operating Systems.
