The project is to create code that will be used in a larger ASP .Net application that does the following:

-o- Read information from a three table datasource (one to many to many ... structure is defined in the requirements document). The current datasource is MS SQL Server and, at a minimum, the code must work with SQL. However, it is preferred that the code have an example of modifying the code to read an XML file with the same table/node structure.

-o- From the information read from the datasource, the primary node/table is used as properties for an object as described in the doc. Then, a collection of objects is created from results in the second node/table (each resulting row setting properties as described) and, within each second node, a collection of objects is created from the results of the third table/node.

A zip file of more detailed requirements and a backup of an example database are provided.

Preference will be given to the responsdent who can demonstrate the most thought leadership on how this should be done and not just conform to the letter of the requirements doc.

Despite any good ideas offered, we may still ask that the deliverable be limited to what is in the requirements doc. We need to take baby steps forward right now. However, we are looking for a partner, not just someone to develop something for us in a vacuum.

Lastly, please know that we work for our money, too. You can be assured that we will respect the value of your time, effort and intellect.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) Must contain all source and project files in ASP .Net 2.0, sql Server database backup, and an example ASPX page that exercises the objects fully as described in the requirements doc. Seller should assume that support for installation is required (plan on two hours). Seller should consult with Buyer to confirm final format of deliverables.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
