Call center programm needed

Ladies and Gentleman, we do need a smaller call center online site. It will be used for at least 10 employee. No design aspect. As cheap as possible. Idea same as attached in the mockup. 3 databases. First for the list of the telephone numbers and business addresses to call down. 2 database to compare with our registered new user on our huge site. 3 for the users that register - only for us so that we can see them. If one costumer they´ve called registeres within 30 days it will be shown. The database should be looked through the parameters like "e-mail" business name " tel number " and so on. If one of them matches - they get 1+ on their statistics and after that paid for it. Admin page just has to be able to see: - password - names - registered users We don´t want to pay more than 150USD for it. best regards Daniel Schmidt
