We are not looking for a copy of it, but we are expecting this quality of work. The features we need are the following: i - User / Group management ii - Template driven iii - Staging / Production server support iv - Check in / out support v - search options vi - site backup / restore vii - multilingual support viii - completely browser driven ix - certain speed / traffic optimizations We prefer a company who already has worked on CMS.
