Convert Access App to ASP.NET with SQL Server behind

I need to convert an Access application to ASP.NET and SQL Server. I would prefer using C#. What I need is an exact copy of the original application, since I like it very much. The .mdb file has: - 250 Tables - 440 Forms - 400 Reports A lot of tables are static tables (states, user types, etc.). A lot of Forms are just to edit this tables. Many Reports are very simples, just to view data from one table. I am not sure of the price of this project, but I realise that it can approach 1000 hours of work. But I am not sure about the estimation, maybe is too much or too low. I'am waiting for your help. Full details and the application will be given to the winner.
