Create a ''My Page'' for members on existing website

We are looking to create a personal page for members that log into an existing website which will include organizing the existing listings, update a few features, and tracking activity of members on the respective webpage. Many of the tasks will take only a few moments while others may require learning more about our backend database.

The webpage will need the following updates:

- Top left margin should state “Welcome, <name>??

- Underneath welcome, put a “log out?? link

- Create “personalized?? area with member’s respective listings

- Add a Calendar at top right of page

- Update headings and category listings in left margin

- State the number of listings after each of the Premier Listings

- Add the online form “Start a Team??

- Add the online form “Register for an Event??

- On page listings, change wording of “industry target?? to “target??

- Remove “notify me of all listings?? under Preferences

- Update the “Post a Listing?? page with new method and procedure

- Allow admin to delete all categories and cities in backend of database

- Allow members to update “industry?? selection

- Update features and criteria on membership levels (Basic, Premier, Power Networker, and Universal)

- Update the “rights?? of members (update admin’s “subscriber info?? page)

- Change search terms “site search?? and “group search?? to “search this club?? and “search all clubs??, respectively.

We have a current Content Management System (CMS) that allows us to add, delete, or modify categories and listings but we need help with the positioning and functionality. We can supply a current copy of the existing webpage, an outline of what the final page should look like when it is completed, the updated “Post a Listing?? pages, and the online forms to be added to the website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
