We need an application and/or website that can automatically check the current exchange rates for a number of major currencies every certain number of seconds, then update the values to the database. The end product will be a website, but we'd like to get the back-end done first. But if you can do both at the same time please let us know. Please answer the following questions in your bid's comment: 1. Which technologies are you going to develop this with? (which programming language, which database, etc) If you're planning to use any open-source scripts / programs please let us know what license they're distributed under. 2. Where are you going to get the up-to-date rates from? How much do they charge (if it's not free)? Do they have any restriction on how often max we can get the updated rates? 3. If you've developed a similar product before, please provide a sample / URL / screenshot. Please do not include other info / details at this stage yet. If we need to know more than what's already in your resume, we will ask for it in the private message. Thank you.

## Platform
The end product will be a website, so preferably this is something that can run on a common web hosting server (e.g.: PHP, .NET, Perl, etc). For Operating System, UNIX/Linux is more preferable, but Windows is also OK.
