Custom Xbox Development Kit / JTAG / RGH

Looking for a custom XDK which will allow me to get on PNET AND XBOX Live. Would prefer if it worked with a RGH XBOX or a JTAG. Willing to pay more if this can be done in a timely manner. In addition to that i am also looking for another project to be done which is making a patch to allow JTAG XBOX to play on XBOX LIVE without being banned. Seriois Inq Only.! XDK must be able to support real time DEV POKING for MW3 modification online.
