We require a customer support system to replace our existing one. It will be ticket based where a customer may open a trouble ticket directly on our website or could do so from email. By email, I mean that if a customer sends an email to support@[login to view URL], a ticket should automatically be opened and the contents extracted from the email. Tickets submitted by a customer through email should be viewable at our website. To do so, we'd give you access to our Linux server where our mailserver is installed if you need to install some customer software.
