apply site template to shopping cart

I have a web site template that was created for my site. It was designed well, but now I need to have it applied to my shopping cart. the shopping cart has all of the features already programmed in and working, but i need some customization (ie. applying template to shopping cart site, moving some buttons around, linking everything up). From what I can tell, no coding should be involved, but a good knowledge of coding is necessary. Coder needs to know and be familiar with ASP in order to do the work. the code is already completed and functions well. This is a hosted site that allows for the customization of the look and feel of the site. I can provide the name of the shopping cart company if needed if chosen, you will be given the template and asked to make the site work with the template. ## Deliverables Template should be applied to the shopping cart system and finished product should look like the template. Finished site should work. Ie clicking the links should take you to further pages that all are comparable to the template. shopping cart should be functional and no errors should be present. When browsing the site, no errors should appear. Admin section should continue to function properly. We should be able to add pages and items and have them able to show up automatically. We should be able to add sections as well and have them show up automatically. These functions already exist, Coder will not need to program them in or create them, but it is expected that any changes added by the coder will not affect the current operation of the shopping cart. Site should look the same in major browsers (Internet Explorer, firefox, mozilla, IE for mac and safari) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this is a system set up on a hosted shopping cart platform. The language of the system is ASP. a good knowledge of ASP will be required to complete this project. environment needs to run in firefox, ie, ie for mac, safari, mozilla. etc. the shopping cart system being used is volusion: http://www.volusion.com.
