cache remote xml api then parse the xml & submit to mysql

A 1 day job.

I have a PDF form when clicked it submits the information on the form to a remote xml api on a server ([login to view URL]).

That server then sends a response back located at that same url ([login to view URL]).

I need a code written that can cache that response (the response is sent only once, if the page its refreshed the information is lost) then parse the cached file into a Html like display on the browser. Then have the information from the xml (the "element values") sent automatically to a mysql database.
