decaptcha script

What I need is actually de captcher, image to text like script. Here is what the script will do: 1. Client Software (Desktop Software) will send captcha image file to myWebsite (to script on my website actually) 2. myWebsite will show captcha to my worker sitting in front of there computer with the script page opened in IE and they will solve the captcha (You may have seen this on captcha data entry websites) 3. captcha image file result will be sent back to the client software (Desktop Software). 4. Client (Desktop Software) software will return a message/status (Bad Captcha/Good Captcha)to Server Script (myWebsite) 5. Either good or bad captcha result, will be shown on my worker's end and also will be recorded in myWebsite's database to keep track record of end user (client Software (Desktop Software)) These are the basic requirements which I need on the myWebsite/script. Bottom line is: I need a website with same functionality as decaptcher/imagetotext/etc... NO PM = NO RESPONSE (Lowest Bid will win as I need basic functionality for now, though later on we'll further improve the script with new additions) Thanks
