design contest website

I need a Belgian version of the website www.99designs.com. The site must be totally similar, but I also would like to have a nice graphic design like www.ontwerpen-voor-geld.nl. ## Deliverables I am a Belgian photographer and designer (especialy working with photographs) I can not afford large amounts of money to pay, so I need a little bit goodwill too. I hope there's someone who wants to help out.
