Time Card Project ( RFID) on NXP Ultra Light HF

Hi , I require a android app which would be compatible with all NFC handsets for taking time in real time of that particular HF card , as and when the card is tapted . there would be 15 to 20 of these devices running this app simultaneous and different location and the same card would passthru each one of them . all the information to be collected and to be sent to the server and copy to be maintained in the device itself . server side need to input values in the given excel form . for any more information pls contact.
