Audio Mixer and cue'r

Dj Set Creator Editor Mixer It is a program for mastering beats and tunes, to play mp3 files at a maximum of four at a time to intermingle with each other in a fashon that a dj would mix records. I wish to use this program to detect the beats per minute and distribute a syncronization to keep songs bumping at the same speed, and with that said also have such features as pitch for speeding up and slowing down slightly, and tempo for overall speed, and then theres what i dubbed loop. I would like to have intelligent features that can pick up the beat, find a place to loop on, and be able to play just the loop and with the option that it can run over it from beginning to end with shortening or enlongening of the samples elapsed time so that you could find the loop, and then loop your way out of it! I want a audio programmer with ideas that he has that can be used in the program such as reverb and sound effects that could be accessable to all 4 players and main console. Graphic quality is not required, just the features. To add on top of this i want to use a time line to designate where the songs and effects come in and go out. Ask if you want more details.
