Autobot Posting Software

I need somebody to make me Autobot posting software, which means its just software that can post in Forums very fast, like one post a second, or something like that. It needs to be fast, and have no bugs. I just need it because, I visit forums that have "spam" sections, and there are thousands of posts a day, and I need my topic's to stay on top. I'm not sure what skills this would take, but I'm assuming C/C++ and PHP, Maybe Java, but I'm not so sure. Its need to have a GUI built in, NO COMMAND line, because I am not good with that kind of stuff. It needs to be able to post just about in any forum of my choice. I won't pay until I have it in my *hands* and I know it works. I'll pay big on this one, because I know its a big project. I will allow up to 21 days, but no longer. Whoever has the most reveiws, will probably get the bid.
