Blog website

Hello, I'm looking for someone professional to do a website for me. I need someone to create a simple blog site. It's going to be a celebrity type blog site similar to [login to view URL] Basically it needs to have similar features as someone would have using a [login to view URL] site. Easy for me to use as I know barely any php and mostly just html.. something easy so i can quickly write stuff up and post it in a matter of clicks. I want it to look basically just like [login to view URL] except for with different color scheme; Red and black. The logo isn't important, I don't need anything fancy AT ALL. I wan't to keep it pretty plain. A basic search button, room for links and ads (made easy for me to use). I'll need help uploading to also to a hosting site, (maybe the person will have a hosting company?) that would be great. I would like someone professional; not someone that will do crappy work for a very cheap price. The time limit on this isn't that important.. thank you
