Data Analysis, Email alert application

In summary the application should:-

1- Receive raw data in a CSV format automatically and at regular intervals

2- Run user-variable calculations on the data

3- Ascertain a true or false for each calculation

4- Email an alert for calculations which return as true

Stand alone and/or web based application

All code and licensing released to us.
