Angles Part II - Proj 9/15

I will be in the chat room for Project "Equations Proj 1/15" Sat and Sun from 2pm - 4pm EST - remember I have 15 projects out there - I will be in the first project's Chat room at least this weekend - maybe next depending if they are available or not. Remember the rules - no talking about names and addresses or money, ok! I strickly follow the rules and report rule breakers!!! Please read the specs and ask questions in the chat room ONLY and then in your bid tell me how much you can offer me. Ie "I can do all you ask plus I can solve this type of problem that goes along with it and this one and that one" and all of that for $X or just what you wanted for $Y. Those that can offer me more will have an advantage over someone who just gives me what I want. Note: 4 programs are required. See specs. You must have a strong knowledge of Math to do most of these 15 projects. If you want to do more than 1 - I prefer you be part of a team - because I have deadlines for these projects. Note: Deadline is flexible ONLY if told before hand! Ie My deadline says 1 month but before you bid you say "I want to bid, but to do a good job I will need 40 days" Then that is ok. But saying you can do it in 30 days and then delivering in 50 is NOT ok! Please don't make me be your tester! I am tired of "testing" people's code. Please test the limits! Don't allow it to crash! Bonus depends on how much I have to test and retest and speed as well as functional and educational. Must be professional looking and must educate. Remember you are not just solving but you are solving stepwise with explanations. Example: Solve 2x+5=13 for x. Don't say the answer is 4. Say "We need to get x by itself - subtract 5 from both sides - so we end up with " 2x=8. " Now we don't care what 2x equals so divide by 2 and we get " x=4. That would be summary. Detailed would be ... 2x+5-5=13-5 then that would give 2x=8 then 2x/2 = 8/2 so we have x=4. Allowing the detail option is GREAT!!! Bonus worthy! Must have install/uninstall package! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP + any others you can offer.
