Chart Library
I am looking for a chart library that can produce bar, line, pie, area, box whisker and scatter charts. Only reply to this bid if you are confident you can do this project. I want to evaluate a very basic demo before I make my final decision, so only coders who already have or feel they can provide a basic demo that I can evaluate should bid on the project.
## Deliverables
1) Type of charts: bar, line, pie, area, box whisker and scatter.
2) Easy to use.
3) Must be written as a component using ATL. C# or VB.Net might be consider if the library delivers extended functionality, but I am really looking for this library to be used in both environments. I believe ATL allows you to compile for both COM and .NET.
4) Component must be portable for both COM and .NET environments.
5) Ability to generate in-memory charts to a Device Context (hDC) for COM and [login to view URL] for .NET environments.
6) Ability to generate and save as BMP, GIF, PNG or JPG.
7) Library must be compatible with the following platforms: Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
8) Must include a help guide written in WinHelp or HTMLHelp for using the library.
9) No third-party components.
10) Source code must be original, no open source or copy righted material.
11) Demo of the chart library showing the features of each type of chart must be included.
12) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
13) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
14) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
