Compile [login to view URL] app, modify CAS

Some prior programmers updated a [url removed, login to view] program called WebCAER to add a couple of new features and make it compatible with Vista and Windows 7. They never finished the project and I need somebody to do some final debugging and compiling to a .MSI file At this point, it seems to run on Windows 7, Vista and XP in the uncompiled format. However, making it compatible with these operating systems may have caused a bug in the recording mode. It worked previously, but at least in the uncompiled format, recording does not work now. If after compiling recording still does not work, then it needs to be fixed. You need to be able to actually test it on xp, Win7 and Vista machines The program automatically log into a website. One version needs to be compiled that logs into the current website. And another, separate version needs to be compiled that will log into a different website. Access to these websites is controlled by a central authorization server. [url removed, login to view] The CAS needs to be updated to the latest version and another logon page needs to be created for the second URL mentioned above. The CAS logon page also needs to be cleaned up cosmetically. I think this project is pretty trivial. Please tell me about you experience with [url removed, login to view] and CAS.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
