Create a Simple Bot

Hello, I need someone to create a bot for me that will carry out a specific task. 1. It will load a web page where there is a "Download Now" button. Once the page is loaded the bot will automatically click on this button. 2. The bot will then be redirected to a webpage on another domain. 3. There will be another "Download Now" button on this second page too and it will have to click on this button. 4. Upon clicking on this button, a file will start downloading. The size of the file is around 9.9MB. The bot should download the file completely. 5. Once the file is downloaded, it should delete it and re-start from step 1. The bot must have multi thread feature and should be able to use proxies. I should be able to run this bot on a server. My budget is $30-$40. No more than that please.
