Create & Combine 2 MP3/FLV Files Into One File

I?€™m ideally looking for some pre-built software or someone that can code this quickly. The software should be able to combine multiple files together to create a single file, the file types I?€™m looking to work with initially are MP3 & FLV and also hoping for text and other document type files this will be a separate future project with additional features. The software should have a simple interface and use controls to choose two or more files and then just combine them into one final file of the same type. I couple of features I would like to emphasise on are that the final files should not be damaged or corrupted in anyway also a pause feature that will add a pre-created pause between the two files if required, they should be 3 seconds long and be 0 sound and/or black screen during the pause.
