Custom Broadcaster/Listener to host PTI(ESPN SHOW)Style Show

I would like to purchase a broadcaster/listener that will stream a show similar to ESPN's PTI. Broadcaster must be able to connect to the server to upload the live show to the server to be made available live to the audience. It must allow me to connect to one other person LIVE so that myself and my cohost on another machine can debate LIVE. Also there must be a countdown for each topic and a way to list each topic that will be discussed. And if possible a way to display a small avatar of the topic we are talking [login to view URL] listener will need to connect to the server and download the show LIVE and display time left for the topic and next topics It needs a stop start button and also the ability to connect to a server to download the info to connect to the server the show is one since the server might change by the show.
