Direct To Desktop Software

I would like to have a simple software which I can send information to members' desktop directly without having them to open any websites or emails. First of all, to build this software is a piece of cake for you. Here are the list of what the software can do: 1. I can add members or delete members as I choose to. When I delete a member, that member won't be able to receive my message anymore. 2. Members will have their own recipient copy to receive my message instantly when I update the message in my copy. 3. I would like to have an auto sender from what I trade in my interbankfx Metatrader(forex trading platform please refer to [url removed, login to view]) account. Meaning that, recipient will receive a message of what pair I trade and what time I trade plus what price I enter, stop loss, target profit. The message format is best the same with the format they got when i manually send to them. 4. I would like to have a feature whereby I can send the alert via my email to the recipient software copy as well. Summary: Software that I can send to members' recipient software copy via interbankfx platform(my trade) automatically, email manually. All message will have Time, Pair, Signal(Buy or Sell), Open Price, Stop Loss, Target Profit. Other requirements stated above. That's it. I just want a simple software.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
