C++ ZIP CODE Program HW - 4 Problems

Please follow the attached file instructions 100%. The code must be done in the simplest way possible, no fancy tricks. Also each line must be explained what its doing with a "//" next to the line. Please ask any and all questions. A CPP. file is required and program must run 100%. I need 4 seprate cpp. files, thats 1 for each problem. Please remeber that this is the beginer class so must be in very simple format. Also make sure the code is neatly written and easy to read, nothing messy. All pages go in sequential order so read page 1 then 2 and then 3.
