convert delphi 6.0 app to vc++ 6.0

I have a delphi program which connects users P2P and sends voice from one users to another, it will capture audio from teh mic, from the system, from the lin in/out and than send it to the other IP address, thats basically all it does now, its made 100% in delphi now, i want to use this in vc++ becaus eour main product is in vc++... This projject is not all that hard as we may even be able to use the headers from the delphi project and use it in vc++... The project is actually pretty small, maybe a few hundread lines of code, one thing that is important is the person who is sending audio should be scalible which means he/she should be okie if 20 users ar elistening to audio at the same time from his/her machine...
