create website

Hello, what i need is the following as described: I see that some people have tried to make this kind of script and got banned from alldebrid because of more than two connections. And the Alldebris ban message say that max simultaneus download count is two. But this might be two for one file. I could try to limit the connection count to one file. So different files can be downloaded simultaneusly but one file can be downloaded only by two people at a time. You can not download the SAME file at the SAME time. The maximum is 2. So just limit it so if 3 people want to download the same file at the same time, the two peole start downloading the file and when the other has finished downloading the last person can start downloading it. So the third person has to wait a bit. if he wants to download the same file. we have account at alldebrid . = 120 hosting files, 1 of them is rapidshared Our site connects to Alldebrid through cURL (php), and brings to the users the link My clients sends Me a request on My website (A) and I serve their request by connecting to another website (B). Now I want that website B do not see the IP of My clients. and serve all requests through 1 specific IP. What is important to know: I need my website to connect to alldebrid with 1 IP the problem is that if more than 3 IPs download from the same Alldebrid account, the account get banned. I wont accept taking bandwidth from my HOSTING , we tryed making that the host IP only connects to alldebrid but takes alot of bandwidth so this is not a option . what i think can be made: You create a website, in which my client puts a file url he wants to download and then the site uses it's premium account to get a premium URL. Then the site gives this premium download url to the client and he can download it with premium speed. And this is not using My hosting bandwidth. what will not do: VPS. Proxy (tryed it, too slow) Vpn What can be also made: Fake IP or something that can be used with unlimited bandwidth, program wich we have already based on C that can be modified , its based on a proxy , a client downloads the program, puts in a download link, and gets it, but it isn't good for us because proxy is unwanted here. Other options are welcome to solve this We tried to slove it, but our solution takes a lot of bandwidth We are looking for a script that doesn't take our bandwidth . Or other options are welcome, program..anything Thanks. btw i want milestone divided to 5 parts ok?!
