C++ currency conversion program

I need a currency conversion program in C++. it has to have 5 countries to exchange to US dollars. the program in C++ needs to display the title "Currency Conversion" and then writes the names of 5 currencies and their US equivalents. The conversions are hard coded equations. Insert comments in the program to document the program internally. Attach a design flowchart and a version control sheet of the source code then the program needs to have a menu that allows the user to choose the document they wish to display in its equivalent to US dollars.
