c++ program using classes and object oriented programming(repost)

i need one program done in c++ using visual studio 2008 which will show best use of classes and object oriented programming with use of sockets. this is university assignment work and have high marking. so need to be done with high skills and documentation, reports are important. ## Deliverables please find out attached document to understand exact requirements. * * * i want client program working on windows with whole documentation with diagrams and flowcharts. will it be done? if yes then let me know. i know c++ programming but i dont have time to do documentation. so i want someone to do documentation. and if i will do program then it may be difficult for someone to make documentation and report. thats why i want someone to do all things. i need report and documentation done with good english. i dont have time to edit that whole document and diagrams..
