Development of a Feedback & Approval Website for Videos

The website is to organize feedback that customers are supposed to give on videos they let produce. Typically the feedback is done through email which is causing a lot of intrans- parency. The website is supposed to provide a frontend-login to all users. After login, the website delivers the appropriate content to user according to their assignment to different pro- jects. A special feature of the website is, that it uses an HTML5 video player with a flash-fallback this way enabling users of iPads and iPhones as well as other non-flash devices to watch the videos and enjoy full functionality. The project has to employ a CMS. However, we are open to go new ways and explicitly do not want to limit the choice of CMS. A factor to be taken into consideration is potential further development of the site.
