ASAP: 3 small oscommerce bug fixes

Only bid, if you can start now! The job contains 3 very small fixes in an oscommerceshop. 1) A manufacturer text in shop only shows german language also when I switch language to english (the database field for english text exists already). 2) Add picture upload fields for a page type which have to show the pictures in a formatted way (you get a jpeg document which explains, the page type already exists). 3) If I save content with images at a specific profile page and save it it's okay. If I edit this content, the images are lost. You have to fix it.
