CRUD in PHP/MYSQL

Hello, i have a .CSV file with 5 columns i want them into a mysql table.. the file has ~80.000 lines.. each line is an entry. i also have in my server a folder in the root dir called "provas" inside this folder there are ~80.000 zip files.. the name of the file has a number in the beginning that matche's the line on the CSV. so each registry on mysql must store the download filename location. ----------- you must give life to: [login to view URL] - so users can sort out the table and search specific entries. The search must run on every field of the table. -------------- after the user found the entrie and click on it should open: [login to view URL] - where he will confirm that entrie info and download the zip FILE each entrie page must have a rewrited specific seo friendly name that is like: [login to view URL] ------------- i want a simple administration for this view, search, edit and delete any register. ----------------------- i would like a field to add manually data and upload a zip file. ----- EX: Line 2 from CSV file A.O.S.D 2012 Pref.
