Car Classifieds

I want to build a car classified search engine with the ability to post classifieds to my web site. I have the CSS,HTML+jQuery part ready from a designer. i need the front-end part, builded in Zend framework application. which must be combined to the ready design part. the Front end must do the part listed below 1) Post Offer Including car images. 2) Search form with some fields (Car, Mode, Year, Price) 3) Advanced search form with the same fields + 5 more (Km, source Website, Region, transmision, have image) the result listing must use paginator All the code must have comments so i could made changes to the code. Deliverables should be PHP working code(plus the desing part which i send you) and MySql database.
