We have a splash page being created and we need the ability for Fans to enter their name, email and address to be pinpointed on Google Map. We have a plugin call Mapify already and would like for the info entered to be pinpointed on the map. WE would also like the ability to be able to extract the file as a .csv file. Other additional content that will be on the splash page: -video/audio player -link to website -data collector (name/email/other contact info)+ invite friends function -link to twitter, FB, etc for God City Declarations -posts on USA map with pinpoint locator -Tab for the God City USA youth leaders network.
