Custom Drupal Module

I need a custom drupal module to do the following. I am currently using Ubercart. I have already created the content type. Registered Users 1) Registered User Creates a Node “Question”. 2) Fields include – Category, Question Text Field, File Upload 3) In the Node “Question”, user can set “Variable Price” for product ($10.00 min) 4) User Checkouts out and makes payment – skips the cart page direct to checkout 5) User makes payment and Node is Published Non-Registered Users 1) There is a Form on the home page in a block 2) After user fills out block, they should be taken to registration page 3) After registration page they are logged in and can finish the question starting from step 1 above
